
E-dreamz Healthcare Solutions (EHS) partnered with Third Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (Third Coast OMS) to design and launch a new digital presence that reflects the practice’s commitment to precision surgical care, compassionate service, and patient accessibility. As a new client relationship, this project marks the first collaboration between EHS and Third Coast OMS — a partnership focused on building a scalable, SEO-optimized foundation for long-term growth.
The new ThirdCoastOMS.com delivers a modern, mobile-first experience powered by Remedy CMS, our healthcare-focused content management platform. The site features clean design aesthetics, patient-centered navigation, and fresh, original content crafted to support both search engine optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for emerging AI search experiences.
Third Coast OMS previously worked with a dental website provider that deployed identical, templated websites for multiple clients. As a result, many of Third Coast’s core service pages — including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, and corrective jaw surgery — contained duplicate content identical to dozens of other practices across the country.
This duplicate content severely limited the site’s ability to rank organically and failed to reflect the practice’s unique expertise, regional identity, or patient-care philosophy. The outdated platform also lacked flexibility for growth and was not optimized for technical SEO, resulting in poor site health and diminished visibility in local and organic search results.
EHS completely reimagined the Third Coast OMS digital experience with a custom design built on our Remedy CMS platform. Our design team leveraged elements from our proven healthcare design library — including patient-friendly navigation, clear calls-to-action, and responsive visual layouts — to create a site that is both visually appealing and performance-driven.
We conducted a full content audit and developed entirely new, SEO-optimized copy for each key service page. Using our proprietary Remy GPT assistant, the EHS content team crafted unique, patient-focused narratives that communicate expertise while maintaining a warm, accessible tone.
In addition to the refreshed content and design, our development team performed a complete technical SEO cleanup, optimizing metadata, improving site speed, correcting broken links, and resolving crawl and indexing issues to ensure a strong foundation for ongoing organic growth.
To bring the new website to life, EHS assisted the Third Coast OMS team in coordinating a professional photo and video shoot. Our designers created a comprehensive shot list to guide the photographer and ensure that every image aligned with the new brand aesthetic and patient-focused tone of the website.
From clinical portraits and patient-interaction moments to architectural details of the practice, every shot was selected to communicate comfort, trust, and expertise. EHS also curated and edited a video loop for the homepage, using b-roll footage provided by the videographer to create a dynamic, engaging hero experience that welcomes visitors and reinforces Third Coast OMS’s professional & regional identity.
These new visual assets not only elevate the site’s aesthetic but also strengthen its authenticity and emotional connection with patients — setting it apart from the templated, stock-heavy sites common in the dental and oral surgery space.
