People ask me all the time, "What is E-dreamz like? How is E-dreamz doing? And, what exactly does E-dreamz do again?" I think half my family members still don't understand what I do as a career.

I wanted to take a moment and speak more to what exactly is E-dreamz. To me it's more than just an interactive professional services firm, you can read all about that on the company overview page. E-dreamz is a committed group of professionals focusing on a common cause for our clients and the company alike. I hire professionals first and talent second. Sure, everyone on our team is talented. We have great designers, engineers, project managers, internet marketers and a fun system administrator who enjoys winning our money on poker night. It's great to have talent and we all are blessed that we have this talent, but being a group of professionals committed to the same goals, internally and externally, makes us a true success.

Going into our 10th year in business, I'm proud to say we are unlike most technology companies. In this industry firms come and go. Little have the right direction or pay too much attention to trends that are certain to fade. They worry too much about an exit strategy instead of the bottom line. My philosophy is a bit more traditional in a non-traditional industry. To be in business you have got to stay in business. I have hired and selected the best people I can to make this work. I strive to make sure I give to them the best working environment possible. We offer a great working facility, competitive salaries, bonuses, and an excellent benefits package. I even give out free stamps, but these days with this email thing no one seems to take advantage of that anymore. In all seriousness, I am honored to have the team we have here at E-dreamz. Without the right team and the right priorities no success is achievable. It's as simple as that, and I am a simple man.

To our clients, we strive to be the best at what we do. We offer no false pretenses and work hard to retain long term relationships that provide a win for everyone involved. We stay true to who we are and always make good on our promises. We are dedicated to meet and exceed your expectations, while maintaining our integrity throughout each client relationship.

We are not looking at being the biggest. We are not looking at the next merger. We are not looking at an exit strategy. We are looking at being the best at what we do. We have created a lifestyle in business that allows each us to feel rewarded, to grow as professionals working for the benefit of everyone who comes into the E-dreamz family. My other family.
