“Content is king,” or so the old saying goes. In web, the look of the site is almost as important as the text that’s on the page. If the site isn’t inviting or structured well graphically, your visitor won’t even bother reading the text you’ve labored over for weeks. But once they are reading, you’d better have the answers they’re looking for or they’ll leave your site as quickly as the mouse can get to that X in the upper right corner of their browser.

Back in the day, telephone and face-to-face were pretty much the only way to communicate. Today, by far the majority of all correspondence is handled by email. I love email the majority of the time – it’s a time saver and I always have a written record of what someone tells me (and what I tell them). But it’s only as good as the person writing the email and I find that more and more people are forgetting how to write a professional email.
Going green seems to be the catch phrase for a lot of companies and products these days but not everything is as eco-friendly as you might think. Unless you're checking out a new line of products by Sasquatch, of course.
