According to the numbers from w3schools it looks like Internet Explorer or "IE" even with three versions of it being counted (IE6,IE7, and IE8) no longer has top billing for percentage of market share for browsers. Thats huge!!

Not to say they can’t sharpen their overall design skills and talent, but they may know more about the production tools than being a good graphic designer.
